About
the Chef
Chef Aurel
Prodan attended a school in Romania for the studies of Hotel and Restaurant
management. Aurel and his wife, Doina, spent 11 years working as a Chef
and Waiter in a Romanian Restaurant. in 1981, they moved to Bavaria,
Germany where he continued his career as a Chef. In 1990, they moved to
Baden-Wuetenbert (Schwabenland) where he became a Master Chef. In
2008, they moved to Helen, Georgia to bring a little of Old World Germany to our
Alpine Village.

Enjoy
a cocktail, and a variety of domestic and imported beers and wine in one of our
Gallery Lounges. They feature original drawings of the beginning conversions of
the City of Helen by John Kolloch.
There are also pictures by local and international notables.
While relaxing in the lounge, gather around and chat while
having a few drinks, or play a game of checkers in the lovely riverfront environment.
Couches and TV's are available in the lounge. |
