We have four rooms available and seating for 30 - 120 people.  A variety of entrees are available for parties of over 25.  All dinners are served with garden salad, rolls, butter, 
and tea or coffee.  Following, are some of our catering and banquet menu entrees.
 
Prime Rib of Beef
A generous cut of standing rib roast with horseradish sauce.  Served with potato and vegetable.
   
Rainbow Trout
Whole boneless mountain trout broiled with lemon, butter and sprinkled with parsley.  Served with potato and a vegetable.
   
Honey Walnut Fried Chicken
Fresh boneless breast of chicken breaded and fried, topped with pure clover honey and walnut pieces.  Served with potato and vegetable. 
   
Sauerbraten 
Roasted round of beef marinated in red wine, vinegar and spices.  Served with red cabbage and German potato salad. 
   
Schweinebraten 
Roast loin of pork complimented with sauerkraut and homemade hot apple sauce.  Served with fresh mashed potatoes.
   
Jaeger Schnitzel 
Breaded veal cutlet topped with creamy mushroom sauce.  Served with home fries and red cabbage. 
   
Zigeuner Schnitzel 
Breaded veal cutlet topped with a delectable sauce of diced mushroom, onion, bell pepper and capers, and blended with a touch of red wine.  Served with home fries and red cabbage. 
   
Wiener Schnitzel 
The Deutschland favorite.  Tender breaded veal cutlet.  Served with home fries and red cabbage. 
   
Knockwurst or Bratwurst Platter
